Register Your Vehicle A PARKING PERMIT IS NECESSARY All vehicles parked in the PVHA lots are  required to display a parking tag in their windshield and be registered with Management.  Failure to do so can result in a citation.  See 5B-Parking-Rules & Regulations under Rules and Regulations.
