NEW - 2017 PVHA Board Meetings Schedule Annual Meeting Information

Board meetings will no longer be scheduled every month.

The PVHA Board of Directors is only required, per their Bylaws, to hold regular meetings at least quarterly.  As no major action has been required each and every month, the Board of Directors approved to adjust the current meeting schedule for 2017 as shown below.

Should a matter arise that requires immediate attention during a month where no meeting has been scheduled, the Bylaws (No. 3.09 and 3.11) make other options available to the Board of Directors should it become necessary.

Any items you wish to discuss should be placed on the Meeting Agenda at least ten days prior to the meeting date.  This can be done by contacting the Board Secretary, Marlene Reineking.

The community is welcome and encouraged to attend these meetings.

The 2016 PVHA Annual Business Meeting was a success.
The 2017 Budget Passed and the Board of Directors will remain the same.  Pizza was served by Schwoegler's and several gift cards were given out to the Membership in a drawing.

Though everyone could not make this yearly event, many sent in their proxies to insure we would have a quorum.  Thank you so much.
