PVHA Board Meeting Schedules Are No Longer Scheduled On A Monthly Basis
Per the PVHA Bylaws, the Board of Directors is only required to hold regular meetings at least quarterly.  As no major action has been required each and every month, the Board of Directors approved to adjust the current meeting schedule as shown below.

Should a matter arise that requires immediate attention during a month where no meeting has been scheduled, the Bylaws (No. 3.09 and 3.11) make other options available to the Board of Directors. Be assured that all important issue will be discussed.

If you have a concern, please have it placed on the next Meeting Agenda at least seven to ten days prior to the meeting date.  This can be done by contacting the Board Secretary, Marlene Reineking.
